Cost: $45. Includes instruction, practice, team t-shirt and AAU Insurance Card. $75. Includes instruction, practice, team t-shirt and AAU Insurance Card.

You will need to bring your AAU card to the first day of practice.
Practice Date, Time and Location: Saturday's (as long as school is not closed due to weather or emergency). December 5th - January 30th, 2010. 12 pm - 1:15 pm in the "Coach J" High School Wrestling Room. Tuesday and Thursday (as long as school is in session and the wrestling room is available). Dec 1st - February 25th, 2010. 6:15pm - 7:45pm in the "Coach J" High School Wrestling Room.
Suggested
(not required): 		Gym clothes that do not have buttons or zippers. Wrestling sneakers, head gear and knee pads.

Gym sneakers are ok. For sanitary reasons, please do not wear your sneakers to practice.
Space and Registration Choices: A minimum of 20 is required up to a maximum of 50 registered wrestlers for each separate program.

I hereby give my permission for to participate in the Spencerport Junior Rangers Wrestling Club; to provide emergency treatment of an injury to or illness of my child, if qualified medical personnel consider treatment necessary and perform the treatment. This authorization is granted only if I can not be reached and a reasonable effort has been made to do so.

My child and I are aware that participation in wrestling is a potentially hazardous activity. I assume all risks associated with participation in this sport including but not limited to fall, contact with other participants, the effects of the weather, traffic, and other reasonable risks conditions associated with the sport.
